When I use my "search" option I get the reply "Search completed. There are no results to display". This happens when, as a test, I search for items I know are in my system and where.
I am current with my windows updates.

Thanks for any assistance. I hope I haven't duplicated myself with this post.

when you click on files snd folders ,click on the more advanced options tab under the "type of file" make sure the all files and folders is showing then check the next 4 boxes.
