Hi ABCProphet and welcome to Geeks to Go!

I recommend you print this advice. In safe mode you will not have this page available.

Let's first download some helpers:

Download CleanUp!.
If the link doesn´t work, download it from here.
Don't run the program, we'll do that later.

***

Download Pocket Killbox.
Unzip the files to a folder like c:\killbox\
Don't run the program, we'll do that later.

***

Download deldomain.inf.
Rightclick the file and choose 'install'.

***

Open HijackThis
Go to ‘config’
Go to ‘misc tools’
Press ‘open process manager’
Select the process, press ‘kill process’ (and repeat this if necessary):

C:\WINNT\system32\msoffice.exe

C:\Program Files\Media Access\MediaAccK.exe

C:\Program Files\Media Access\MediaAccess.exe

C:\winnt\system32\vrnwwe.exe

press ‘back’ and 'scan'.

***

Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running.
Place a check against each of the following, making sure you get them all and not any others by mistake:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = http://us.rd.yahoo.c...//www.yahoo.com

I did most of everything you said right but the irsvs file always comes back every once in a while and i have to go into safe mode to delete it. If there's any other websites to get protection from malware could you please recommend some. I also downloaded my driver for my printer (hp photosmart 1000) and it seems that it has some errors with that too. Could you please tell me how to get rid of the rest of this stuff as well? Thanx alot. Your really helping my computer out. I'm having less errors now. Please find malware from this log.

Please follow this link to a perfect advice by Calamity Jane. Follow her advice by the letter, including the added text on Microsoft Antispyware (dated 25 March 2005).

Print out the entire text and follow her lead.

At the end, post back here with a fresh log using HijackThis.

Good Luck!
