System info:

Intel Celeron 2.53 Gz

766 MB

Windows Vista Home Premium

Card Info:

Diamond X1550 256MB PCI SB edition (not sure what SB stands for)

Problem:

Pretty much, when I insert the video card, it isnt detected. Right now its sitting on my motherboard, taking up space

Could it be that my Power Supply isn't good enough? It says 170W...

That card requires atleast a 420w PSU but I would recommend 500 watts.

Make sure you get a quality PSU. If you buy a really cheap one you will be putting that new card at risk.
