Voice problem

I have an onboard Avance AC97 card, when I watch movies, there is no voice, there is no voice when I listen so songs also!!
The voice cancellation in the KaraOk option is turned off but still there is no voice!!
I tried reinstaling and updating the drivers but that didn't help!!

In the update driver option, when I choose the drivers, tehre are 3 drivers listed!!!
One is Intel® 82801BA/BAM AC'97 Audio Controler, and the second one is the same!!
These two are signed!!
The third is Avance AC97 Audio, and it's not signed!!

I tried with all tree and nothing changed!!!
