When i start my windows 98 laptop i get this error message. It makes my wireless internet not work and whenever i right click a folder it exits out explorer. what is this and how do i fix it?

Do you have your Windows98 installation disk, or are the installation files on your hard disk? You can go to Start>Run, type in sfc, hit the Go button, this will run the system file checker. Point to the installation files when you are asked.

no i dont have a installation disk, and i triedthe system file checker and it didnt fix it,

any other ideas?

You can download the file, usually in a zipped format, and unzip it to the correct folder. Just Google

unicows.dll +download +free to find some of the websites that have .dll downloads.

Make sure you have the correct version.
