How do I remove Darksma from my computer?

I have run several different anti-spyware programs. One will tell me that it has detected darksma and that it has removed it, but it will immediately reappear. I have tried nearly everything but it keeps coming back! Can someone help me?

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of
