I've been looking for a program for a while now that can manage my window size and position. Say I'm watching a video, and I have that program window taking up most of the screen, but then I have a couple chat windows going at the same time. Is there a program out there that will automatically shrink the video window and enlarge one of my chat windows, changing the focus of my windows, on like a hot key or something.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
