Busses and SCSI

I have had recently issues with a new built computer, its in another forum somewhere, make a long issue short, it freezes at certain times, installing windows, and drivers and such, anywho i think i may have found the issue, i recently downloaded "Fresh Diagnose" its a tool that scan your entire comp for info and such, when i went to go click on Busses-(info on PCI, AGP and Cardbus Busses. the computer froze as it would before, also the same for SCSI info.

weird thing is that im able to run bench markings programs, and such, just weird, anywho any help will be great and helpful
