I just recently purchased an LG Lightscribe external drive and installed the Nero Express - Cover Designer Essentials program that came with it.
The first lightscribe cover I created printed out perfectly.
However, now whenever I create anything else, the finished product is a chopped version of what I created.
Before I print, I open up the print preview to verify that my cover is what I want. But what the drive produces is not the same. Its as thought I am printing to a mini-dvd as it completed cuts out the outer half of my created template.
Do I need to change the properties somewhere?
I don't understand why it would print fine the first time and not now....
please help
