End Programme

Hello there, I've had these window pop up when I shut down or log off my computer for ages now. There are three different windows that come up all starting with "End Programme" and then have either of these three messages "ccApp", "sgtray.exe" or "NVIDIA TWIN..."
some time one window will pop up and then the computer will shut down or some times two window will pop up, one after each other. some of them have a count down bar while it saves settings. other times the computer shuts down o.k.
can you please help me
