How to Unsubscribe from email notification

To unsubscribe from a topic:
1. Click this link: View Topic Subscriptions

2. Tick the checkbox next to any/all topics you wish to unsubscribe from. Scroll to the bottom of the page, unsubscribe will be preselected in the drop-down box. Click the with selected button.

To unsubscribe from a forum:
1. Click this link: View Forum Subscriptions

2. Select ANY/ALL forums shown. We have active forums here, and subscribing to a forum will create a LOT of email as new topics are created. Scroll to the bottom of the page, unsubscribe will be preselected in the drop-down box. Click the with selected button.

The two links on this Orientation do not appear to work and a search of the forum just brings me back to this page. Are there updated instructions for unsubscribing from a forum?
