hi i recently checked the comp health in the bios.......said 67C that was at idle.....if i run a game temp goes to 78C....i am getting worried as this temp is to high for my liking.....system temp is 22C.........i am running win xp home edition sp2...is this temp dangerous appreciate any help

Have you looked at the condition of the fans, esp the cpu fan and heat sink?
Have you cleaned them out?

should have said earlier there are no system fans on my comp........which is unusal as i dont know why......i cleaned the comp fan was full of dust and dirt,,,,,,but still running at same temp

If the heat sink over the CPU has a clip for a fan I would definitely put on on there. As well as one blowing out the back of the case and maybe one sucking in from the front. Is there any spots in the case that have holes to mount a fan?

yes i can mount a fan............comp fan is regestering in bios but there should be 2 system fans that are nissing......found where i can place one at back of comp but cant see where the other one goes

I would definitely replace those. At a minimum the one in the back should be a big help.
