ive just reinstalled windows and all the drivers and utilities but there is no sound !
its not on mute and the speakers are turned on
when i open itunes it says there is a problem with my audio settings
its not my sound card as i have tested it in the hardware test utility before windows starts up.
i have also uninstalled the driver in computer managment and reinstalled it but it dosent work

These are my system specs and the driver i reinstalled was dell R58182
system specs are attached

please can someone help me

When you went to the Dell website did you put your service tag # in, that's the best way to find what is right for your system? Also, you may need these

where can i download those files i need as you can not from the microsoft website?
