In win 98, there is a compression utility that can create one or more compressed drives on hard disks. It is called doublespace/drivespace. There does not seem to be a way to be able to open these compressed drives in XP. On NTFS, Xp itself offers compression features, but it does not deal with compressed drives created with Win98. I have been searching for it and I dont think there is a possibility except using systems other than XP.

Any help?

You'll need to decompress the drives back in 98 before you can use them.
XP offers no backwards support in this area.
