1. How do I (if I can) hook up 2 ram memory sticks into 1 slot ? (I'm out of slots)
2. How do I (if I can) connect multiple CPUs to computer ? (can i/where to - buy controller)

1) You can't.

2) This would require a motherboard with dual sockets. These are mostly only found in server boards.
