win.tmp file spam

Hi, I have read previous posts with similar problems to what i have but do not know what to delete...

Under Documents and Settings>My User Name there is constantly new 0 byte files that are created (win___.tmp)...
Just the other day it took me hours to delete 20k+ files that were win___.tmp... :whistling:

Can I get some help with stopping these annoying files from being created? I just know there's something I have to do with Hijackthis program but I don't know what to delete or if it is another problem...
