Okay, I'm at my wits end here. I tried all of the required steps first, but they all say that there are infected files, etc., that they can't fix. They also say that there are as many as 70 infected files. I get innumerable popups and changes to my system, the worst of which (at the moment) is that my computer looks like it does in "safe mode", with all the icons really large and my wallpaper looking wierd, and all the online and non-online pages too large, and my volume control off to the right of the screen where I can't move it or change it in any way. I've tried going to msconfig to change it back, but I really don't know much about it, and every time I try to make them smaller it changes right back after I hit "apply". If there is anything anyone can do to help me, it would be enormously appreciated. I've run Spybot, Ad-Aware, Norton Anti-virus, Panda, Yahoo Anti-Spy, AVG, and everything else I can think of, and nothing is working!! Thank you very much for your time, and here is my hijackthis log:
