Hey, everyone,

Could someone look over this HJT log? I've run AdAware, rebooted and run it again at startup, rebooted, and here is my HJT log. I'm trying to clean up my boss's computer.

Thanks! :tazz:

Your log has a few different kinds of infection. Lets get started.

Please run an on-line virus scan at TrendMicro or BitDefender. (Please post the results of the scan(s) in your next reply)

After that, please uninstall the following programs from the Add/Remove Programs applet in the control panel.

Media Access
Internet Optimizer

Then please download and run CleanUp!. Let it delete everything it finds.

After that, reboot and post a fresh HiJackThis log.

Hey, ScHwErV,

I ran TrendMicro's House Call, but I wasn't able to get a log file to post. Long story short, it found 9 infections, deleted all but 2 which were TROJC and TROJD or something like that. I uninstalled Media Access, but couldn't find Internet Optimizer on the add/remove list. Ran CleanUp, and it deleted probably 15,000 temp. files (my boss doesn't know how to use his recycle bin). Here is my latest HJT!

Thanks! :tazz:

I was a little vague on the files that TrendMicro's House Call picked up on in my last post, so I thought I'd be a little more specific:

TROJ_LOADER.C
TROJ_LOADER.D

Both were unable to be cleaned or deleted.

Thanks! :tazz:
