Right click in the white space (background) of "My Computer" . In the drop down menu, go to "arrange icons by" and click on Type and group.

Hi WizMaster!

In My Computer, click the View menu, Toolbars, Address Bar.

It might be shortened up. Put your mouse over the separator bar/ left click and drag to the right and see what happens.

Sorry, move to the Left

If you do view/ toolbars, is the address bar checked?

EDIT: While in View, the "lock the taskbar" needs to be unchecked to be able to click and move the seoarator.

Hi WizMaster. Sorry for the delayed response.

It may be that "Lock the Toolbars" is selected, which would prevent you from moving the different toolbars around.

Open My Computer, click View, Toolbars. If Lock the Toolbars is checked, uncheck it. You should now have a little ridge at the far left of each toolbar. If you hover your mouse over the left side of the toolbar near (but not on top of) that ridge and click, you should get a "4-way move" mouse shape that will allow you to move the toolbar left, right, up and down.

I hope that helps!
