Internet Explorer Crashes while trying to open.

Howdy. Internet Explorer has been crashing before it can open up completely. I had IE 6 and that's where the problem started, so I upgraded to IE 7 thinking maybe that would solve the problem, but it hasn't. I'm running Windows XP service pack 2. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
