Hello again,

I have been having some really strange problems lately that I cannot figure out. My computer is often running at 100% with just Explorer, Outlook and Messenger running. I still have the spyware programs running and AVG. Today it "shut down" for no reason 3 times.

Here is my log, anything look strange?

This file looks strange to me., What is it?

i believe that is for Acrobat reader. You will need it in order to view those types of pages.

Try pressing CTRL+ALT+Delete, this will open XP's task manager. The Processes tab should be selected. Click on the CPU column, and it will sort processes by percentage of CPU use. Reply with any high usage Image Names.

System idle process=99

That's perfectly normal. It means 99% of your CPU is idle and waiting for something to do. <_<
