Half Life 2 (driver problem)

Hi. When i try to start half life 2 it says my drivers need to be updated. I currently have NVIDIA drivers but dont know which new ones i need. Could somebody help? It says i currently have NVIDIA Geforce4 MX Integrated GPU

select graphics, then geforce 4 series, and then your operating system.

I have done this but now when i play half life 2 the game flickers. I tried changing the driver back to what it was but it still flickers. Do you know what i can do?
