Malware has taken over my computer PLEASE HELP

I constantly get popups even after i scan with AVG, then spybot.
here is my hijackthis log on normal mode.
PLEASE HELP ASAP

Before posting your Hijackthis Log please go to Must-Read-Before-Posting-Hijackthis-Log and follow the steps outlined. If you are then still experiencing problems please post your Hijackthis Log in the Malware Forum..
