does anyone know ANY game where you are allowed to PVP anywhere at anytime?
runescape when it first started used to be just walk anywhere and you could be attacked except for tiny towns here and there, now they move the whole pvp into some other area and make it all so crap yaa;ll

is there any game out or coming out where you can pvp everywhere

and anything like oblivion online multiplayer

say some more cool things too

If I remember correctly in Shadowbane you can attack anyone anywhere but in an NPC town. This game also includes the ability to siege towns and fight for resources. This is the only free game I can think of.
