Port forwarding problem

I'm having a problem forwarding my ports. When I try to forward port 6112, it stays closed. However, when i forward any other port, like 8080 or 56888, it's open without any problems. This started happening after my router was reset. Windows Firewall is off, I'm using no firewalls now, and I'm using Windows XP SP2.
Why isn't port 6112 opening? :whistling:
