AVG won't update without restart

I have tried the AVG Faq's page but it does it again if you restart. It keeps saying this every morning for the past few weeks. How do I stop this? Thank You

Go into the settings for the program, somewhere in one of the options for applying updates you can specify when to do them, you've probably got this set to do it on the next reboot. Change the option to update immediately.
