I have tried everything to get rid of internet explorer hijacking malware.
Ran current version ad-aware, spybot, AVG, winpatrol. Tried Panda, trend micro, Microsoft spyware, tweaknow RegClean and TD3. Ran CWshredder, VX2 cleaner add-on in ad-aware, and checked Hijack This log in "Hijack This! Log Analyzer V1.0"

Sygate firewall still reports attempted contact of Remote Host "btg.btgrab.com" and
"download.abetterinternet.com".

I have not been able to find and manually remove any files related to BTGrab and "a better internet" after spyware scans complete, but explorer Hijacking still occuring.

Ad-aware did find and remove SAHagent.

Have you run your spyware removal software in safemode? I removed some stubborn adware this way. After running your spyware removal software in safemode, remove the quarantine files as well.

I removed A better internet/transponder VX2 spyware this way.

I used Adaware and Microsoft Anti Spyware Beta.
