I recently switched my phone service to VOIP and hi speed internet (from dial-up). Ever since, I have been having intermitttent internet connection problems. It usually goes down for about a minute at a time and then returns. This happens randomly from every couple of hours to as frequently as every few minutes. 99% of the times that my internet connection is down, I get a dial tone on my phone, so it appears the physical connection is fine. What could be wrong? My lan card? The driver? The cable from modem to computer? Where to start?
