Today, my itunes library just all the sudden said it couldn't be opened and that it was damaged. so i restarted my computer and all my settings returned to default and all my other programs acted as if it was my first time going into them. Also, before all this happened, my computer would freeze up in this one specific program. I've done the first aid trick, and all the other things. Any suggestions?

Like the side says, Operating System: mac os x. The firewall settings don't matter, they have been the same forever and the problem just started

Reinstall ITunes is the best bet. Try it. If you get an error, I don't really know what to say.
