hello. i'm a professional photographer and take pains to make high-quality images only to have the computer downgrade the images by converting them to jpg. how can i prevent this? thanks, boyd.

Hi there boydphoto, what program are you using to import the pictures to your computer? There may be a setting under "Preferences" or similar where you can change this, that's all I'm thinking.

I take it these images are on your camera. What software do you use to connect with the camera, and did any software disk come with it?
