I tried installing a program....and am getting the following msg:

Run-Time Error 339 Component ltocx13n.ocx or one of its dependencies
not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled....uninstalled anti virus and reinstalled...NOTHING!

Please advice and suggestions would be helpful before I reformat!

The run time error should be specific to the programme, if it is from Lead Technologies, ask their support here
