We are having major problems with our computer.I'm not sure if its a virus or hardware problems. The computer started cutting out and a blue screen came on, so I restored the compuer. We then started receiving an error message about dr watson post bugger. Now we can check our email on out look, but if we click on a link to get on the internet it freezes.Norton internets security isn't working, msn messenger does work but, again we cant check hotmail or use the search bar through messenger. I had an hjt but it was made before I read the "before you post an hjt log".Any help would greatly be appreciated!

Hello wildcat10 and welcome to G2G, you read the before you post an hjt log? Where are the logs that are needed to do an analysis?
Please do as it says and return here with the logs, then I can review them and we can get started on any fix that need to be done.
Thanx and good luck.

I can't do anything on the computer now. I have the hjt log before my computer started messing up completely.Any programs dealing with the internet or spyware/antivirus programs are not working.

Hi, you may want to seek help from our techies at http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/Windows_XP_...2003_NT-f5.html
Hopefully they can get your pc running enough to get some tools loaded and analyzed by one of our malware fighters. And then we can check to see if your PC is infected with anything and clean you up.
Good luck.
