Cleaning a sound file

I have a wav file of a conference recorded from a video camera in a "big" room.

The sound isn't good and I was hoping someone could take it and work on it with SoundForge or whatever to clean the noise etc..

I'll pay you for this via paypal.

Anyone here could do this?
