Annoying 'page not found' error

Thanks for lookng, the problem is with a relatively new computer I am using which is a packard bell laptop, it must be something to do with the settings as I cannot log into ebay, everytime I click the 'sign in' link it goes to the page not found error, the same happens when trying to log into facebook, very annoying.

I have tried lowering the internet security, and cleared all cookies/history and did an adawre search and clear, I am sure it must be a security setting that needs changing,

Well I'm not sure how to fix this particular issue, but why not try using a different browser and c if the same thing happens???? I'm guessing ur prolly using the junk IE7, when ya should be using Firefox 2 or Opera..........
