Hi, I've recently removed Roxio Media Creator 7 from my computer and installed number 9...

Now whenever I start up my PC and wait for the processes etc to start, Roxio 7 tries to keep installing itself over and over again and keeps failing...

I've disabled msiexec.exe and IDriver.exe in the Computer Management > Services section but if I want to install/uninstall software I need those processes on...

How can I get rid of this problem please??? I've tried searching for all of the available Roxio files on my computer and removed them all but it still keeps trying to install itself.

Please help me :whistling:

Update:

I've left the Install programme to run and when it tries to install Roxio East Media Creator 7 it comes up with an error message saying:

"Roxio Easy Media Creator 7 - InstallShield Wizard Unable to find a certificate"

And then after pressing ok it comes up with:

"Roxio Easy Media Creator 7 - InstallShield Wizard There was a problem autheticating your version - Please make sure your system is set to the current date"

And after pressing ok it keeps repeating the steps over and over again...

it must be a common problem if Roxio has it in their support articles.
