I have tried all of this stuff too but nothing seems to get rid of these files. Why does it infect one user but not the other users on the same machine?
DOES ANYONE HAVE A SOLUTION TO DELETE THESE FILES????

theresajf:
please remain in your own topic: http://www.geekstogo...37&t=16122]here.

Hi lpilker

Please read through the instructions before you start (you may want to print this out).

Download CWShredder (there is a link in my signature), unzip it, and save it on the Desktop. Please do not run it yet, though.

Run CWShredder to fix your CWS problem.

Please set your system to show all files; please see here if you're unsure how to do this.

Press Control-Alt-Del to enter the Task Manager.
Click on the Processes tab and end the following processes:
C:\Program Files\Media Access\MediaAccess.exe
C:\PROGRA~1\Toolbar\PIB.exe
C:\WINNT\system32\ap9h4qmo.exe

Exit the Task Manager when finished.

Use add Remove program file's uninstall the following:
C:\Program Files\Media Access\MediaAccess.exe
C:\Program Files\Toolbar\PIB.exe

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items:
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,SearchAssistant = http://www.websearch...spx?tb_id=50245
R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497} - (no file)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Media Access] C:\Program Files\Media Access\MediaAccK.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TBPS] C:\PROGRA~1\Toolbar\TBPS.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ap9h4qmo] C:\WINNT\system32\ap9h4qmo.exe
O16 - DPF: {15AD6789-CDB4-47E1-A9DA-992EE8E6BAD6} - http://static.windup...e/bridge-c8.cab
O23 - Service: WebSeach Toolbar support NT service (TBPSSvc) - Unknown owner - C:\PROGRA~1\Toolbar\TBPSSvc.exe

Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.

Reboot into Safe Mode: please see here if you are not sure how to do this.

Using Windows Explorer, locate the following files/folders, and delete them:
C:\Program Files\Media Access\MediaAccess.exe<--Delete the whole folder
C:\WINNT\system32\ap9h4qmo.exe<--Delete this file's
C:\PROGRA~1\[b]Toolbar
<--Delete the whole folder
Exit Explorer.Reboot as normal.

Please run the following free, online virus scans.
http://housecall.tre.../start_corp.asp
http://www.pandasoft...n_principal.htm
[b]Please post the logs From Panda virus scan and HJT.log
We will need them to remove previous infections that have left files on your system.
