Hi everyone…

This is very dodgy issue:

When its boot, on first black screen:
Ref No. asdasdasdasdasdasdas
Press F12 if you want to boot from the network
Press F11 for BBS POPUP
Initializing USB Controllers .. DONE
And next few lines related to master and slave are OK, and than:
<INS> Pressed
Press F1 to run setup
Press F2 to load default values and continue

When pressed F2 windows starts to load (welcome light blue screen) and that windows black screen with the logo, and than sometimes it stops there so you have to press enter and it loads OK (but sometimes not).

With laptop itself there is no any other software issues, except that outlook (messages in inbox) is quickly blipping as something is “doing”…

So basically there are two issues:
1. this dodgy start when laptop is turned on
2. and this outlook issue

What I have done so far:
- check for any kind of malvare – all clear
- did checks for disk and windows (through the instructions) and everything is OK
- reinstall the office (for outlook issue)
- laptop has latest updates

… and I am running out of ideas. Would you guys advice me where else I can look into the problem

Thank you.

Regards,

Den

PS. One more thing: laptop has attached through USB external keyboard and mouse. Well the details about that are here [post="http://www.geekstogo...es-t156637.html[/post]
However, the problem is there if keyboard and mouse are unplugged as well…

Hi guys – me again…

This is just to let you know that somehow I have resolved the problem…

What’s happen… I was trying to work out what actually caused this on the first place, and pinpoint to the zona alarm update…

Well, reinstall the zona alarm and it seems everything ok…!?!?

So, as it stands this should be resolved and topic closed, but I will appreciate if someone can explain to me in few lines in plain English why this happens in the first place…

Thank you

Regards
