Dvd drive won't play discs

I am trying to play a dvd on the dvd drive, but i keep getting a dialogue box that says REALPLAY caused an invalid page fault in
module CLVSD.AX at 016f:021a9caf.

Is there a way I can either fix this problem, or change the default program the player uses to windows media player?

are you sure your using Real PLay? that dll is associated with Power DVD.

What version of media player do you have installed?
