HI do u mean th epower button on the tower if yes then yes that does turn off the computer after holding it in?
also what manual do i download?

hi again i looked up that manual. but i'm still not too sure what ones to turn off as there is nothing that i can see that is specific enough? would you be able to tell me what ones i do? if you know thank you.
