I know how to overclock everything in my pc except for the ram and in my mind overclocking this stuff is finicky seeing as i tried in the past and caused my system to shutter and hang like crazy.
Right now i have cpu-z open but i dont know what numbers to use on it or what to alter. This is my ram:here

On the tab memory it looks like this:

frequency: 400MHZ
FSB:DRAM 2:3
CAS# latency 5.0 clocks
RAS# to CAS# relay 11 clocks
cycle time (tras) 37 clocks
Bank cycle time (trc) 20 clocks
command rate 2T

how can i overclock this to its best performance?

PC SPECS:
Intel core 2 duo e6400
Asus 650i mobo
that ram
Evga 7950 gt 256mb

I dont think that the ram speed as is right now is what it is supposed to be as stated on newegg under the specifications tab.
