Computer keeps on Restarting

Hi,

My computer seems to restart when it wants to, usually soon after it is switched on. It does this for a while, and sometimes just works. Also, I get alot of errors from programs closing such as Dr Postmortem debugger, Win32 Generic host and others i cannot remember off the top of my head. Sometimes i also cannot access anything, or the computer will freeze and all the desktop icons and start menu bar will dissapear, leaving me with the background.

I have used all the things you have said in the 'you must read this before posting a hijack this thread' and the problem still occurs. Some of the computer errors resemble closely to the Blaster worm as well as the Welchia worm but using symantec scanners i was unable to detect either.
