I just recently built a new computer. A p4 3.06ghz which is an upgrade from my athlon 1800. On my athlon however, it converts fine with no problems but just really slow! So i upgraded to a p4 and the conversion was superb! But all of a sudden some files wont let me convert and will freeze.

Could it be the OS im using? Im not doing anything different then i did with my athlon. I have read and many ppls have the same problems...any clues how to solve this?

Operating on a

p4 3.06ghz
1gb kingston ddr ram 333
250 seagate hard drive
winxp with sp/2

this is giving me a huge problem and pissing me off! =(

here's to a link i previously posted on another forum.
