AIM virus sending messages to buddy list with virus link

I clicked a link sent to me by a friend over AIM in a message saying "is it okay if i put this picture of us on facebook?"; obviously this friend of mine didn't actually send me said message but had a virus that has now been passed to me by clicking on the link. The virus is sending messages to all of the names on my buddy list over and over and over and even sending text messages to friends' phones and it is costing them money. I can't see the messages it sends, but I'm assuming it's sending THEM virus links too, and i'm sure they are all infected now as well.
I just downloaded HiJackThis and here is the Notebook log of what came up.
PS: I installed the free AOL spyware software after contracting the virus and it didn't even detect the virus. I also tried using AIMfix and even THAT didn't see it. the AOL software was running when i took this log.
