Hi
For some reason acrobat 6 is refusing to work, having done so reliably for several months. When I click on the pdf maker button in word or excel I get the message 'The following error occurred while printing: Windows cannot print due to a problem with current printer setup' It then tells me to check printer or reinstal printer driver. I have done this but it makes no difference, and anyway I'm not trying to print. I have followed the other suggested methods such as print to file and choosing Acrobat PDF as the printer but nothing works.
I have reinstalled Acrobat tried all the latest updates.

Can anyone help?

It is referring to the printer adobe pdf and not your default actual printer - if the settings are not right - (set it as you would your own printer) - paper size etc. then it will not print. Maybe it's set on an odd papersize or something.

Thankyou, after forking out for acrobat I was not prepared to give up on it and use another programme. I have finally managed to get it to work.
