Hi. Could somebody take a look at this hijackthis log please. I am fixing a friends pc and have found and fixed a lot of spyware/malware/virus' but I am pretty sure I have not got it all. Some help would be appreciated.

I see neither a firewall nor an anti-virus installed. If this was my PC i'd reformat and reinstall rather than bother with attempting to clean it - it will be quicker and more certain.
There could be rootkits installed that won't show up with normal tools, backdoors present that allow others to control the PC as if they were sat in front of it, files corrupted or infected and security settings lowered to make reinfection more difficult - and these are just the plus points!
If you are unwilling or unable to do this, I will help, but there is no guarantee of success and it could take some time - but it is your choice.
Let me know what you decide, but think carefully and be sure that you won't stop halfway through and wipe the PC as it won't be gratefully received!
