i have dragon naturally speaking 9 with the wireless headset which includes a digital microphone and a ear piece speaker which is connected to the system using USB.

im trying to create a system on my pc where it is voice activated controls, but if i use the microphone on the wireless head set, the sound also gets re-routed, i dont want that, i want it going through the normal speakers, is there anyway to do that, to turn off the speaker part or to ALSO have the speakers work in conjunction?

plz help!

i even thought of trying to buy a purly wirless microphone but the only ones i can find are very expensive and not quite what im after-
really i want the wireless head set minus the earphone

Click start, control panel, sounds, speech and audio, sounds and audio

Check the playback device on the audio and the voice tabs are set to the soundcard
