Hi All,

This isn't exactly a virus-removal question, but I wasn't sure where else it would go. I just removed a bunch of spyware from my Toshiba laptop, and now I'm getting the error message "TouchED Error -- Retrieval of 'THotkey' failed." I read that I need some files from the Toshiba website, but my model number wasn't in the list. Does anyone know what model from this list would be close to a Qosmio G10, (full model number is PQG10C-GP202ER)?
