DeepFreeze won't come off!

Hello!

I installed the trial version of DeepFreeze today, and I don't like it becuase it won't "thaw" the system to let me make changes... Now, I can't uninstall it! I have Norton GoBack installed, however, DeepFreeze is dominating! How can I get this off? I need this computer back so I can go on vacation!

All help is appreciated!

(I haven't tried Safe Mode yet, but that's the next step)

Phew! After two different attempts with Norton GoBack, DeepFreeze surprisingly came off! Thanks for looking anyway!
