well, for some reason I am having trouble dowloading it tonight, i will be out of town for a couple days, I will try again when i come back Sunday and tell you the results then...thanks for hte help so far, you cna just kind of ignore this thread for acouple days..i will psot after i've tried that.

Are they also helping you with your log on their site? Or did you just do the malware clean-up they recommend?

Run HijackThis. Click on "Config...", "Misc Tools", "Open process manager". Select the following files and click on "Kill process". Answer Yes to the "Are you sure..." question.

Launch Notepad, and copy/paste the box below into a new text file. Save it as fixme.reg and save it on your Desktop.

This is a very tricky infection. We are trying a multitude of fixes. If they are not in the task manager, just proceed to the next step. :tazz:
