Can somebody please recommend FREE software for the following:

For Windows 2003 Server
1. A good antivirus program that updates automatically, has real time protection, and has scheduled scans.
2. A good antispyware program that updates automatically, has real time protection, and has scheduled scans.


For Windows 2000
1. A good antispyware program that updates automatically, has real time protection, and has scheduled scans.

for 2003 server you are limited. No free versions available. However, I would recommend AVG or Avast. As a third alternative I would check into either Trend Micro Server Protect/Office Protect.

As for spyware scanning, I would recommend In-control by Sunbelt Software. Works on all platforms.
